Cancellation policy Full refunds will be issued through March 15. 50% refunds will be issued March 16 - June 15. No refunds will be issued after June 15. As we take enrollment a full semester in advance for this program, the specified dates are March 15, March 16, and June 15 directly prior to the start of your KVU class. For example, if your child is enrolled in the program for the 2023/2024 school year, your refund date would be 3/15/23.
