Here are some friendly tips to making your experience seamless from start to finish during this time!
1.) You must receive a confirmation email of the booking
2.) For any first haircut, every child receives a certificate with a lock of their hair to commemorate their big accomplishment.
3.) Please arrive with hair free of knots and tangles.
4.) Please note, gratuity can only be accepted in cash or Venmo. (It is customary to leave 15-20% for amazing service!)
5.) All appointments will be paid for in full upon booking online.
6.) A $15 no show fee will be charged if you do not show up or cancel your appointment. We have a 5 minute grace period and then you are considered a 'no show".
A full refund will be given for appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Kidville Salon - Hours of Operation:
The salon is open seven days a week!
To schedule an appointment- Select the service that you'd like to book from the list below.
- Select your preferred appointment date, time, and stylist.
- Sign in or create a new account (new clients will be asked to sign a waiver and provide us with some contact information in order to create your account)
- Select who the haircut is for (typically your little one!)
- Select Finish at bottom of the page and wait for that confirmation email.
- Check your inbox for your confirmation email. Once you receive that you're all set, but if for some reason it doesn't arrive in your inbox, please give us a call at 212-362-7792.
- Come see us at your scheduled time and date! Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment! (We can't wait to see you!)
